What you'll be doing:

  • Answering and placing calls with customers, drivers, and internal colleagues
  • Updating and monitoring transport jobs and service information using internal computer systems
  • Coordinating collections, deliveries, route updates, and overall job progress with drivers
  • Delivering clear, timely delivery updates and communicating any operational changes
  • Managing customer expectations when timings or requirements shift
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day operational challenges, including troubleshooting and escalation where needed
  • Keeping accurate records and notes in company systems
  • Providing general administration and operational support
