- Answering and placing calls with customers, drivers, and internal colleagues
- Updating and monitoring transport jobs and service information using internal computer systems
- Coordinating collections, deliveries, route updates, and overall job progress with drivers
- Delivering clear, timely delivery updates and communicating any operational changes
- Managing customer expectations when timings or requirements shift
- Supporting the team with day-to-day operational challenges, including troubleshooting and escalation where needed
- Keeping accurate records and notes in company systems
- Providing general administration and operational support
