We are looking for an experienced Early Years Manager & Senior Practitioner to support the day-to-day running of an Ofsted-registered early years setting. The successful candidate will lead and support staff, ensure high-quality EYFS practice, build strong relationships with families, and help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children aged 3–11 years.
The role includes:
- Supporting the daily management of the setting
- Supervising staff
- Delivering high-quality care and learning
- Monitoring children's development
- Supporting children with SEND and individual needs
- Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance standards are maintained
