You will be providing support to ensure excellent customer service in the management of enquires, complaints and correspondence.

- Draft enquiry closure letters accurately and to a high standard.
- Ensure all work complies with data protection requirements, confidentiality standards and internal policies.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to clarify and accurately communicate decision outcomes.
- Identify cases suitable for follow-up actions.
- Maintain and update electronic case management systems and records accurately and promptly.
- Respond to telephone enquiries from members of the public, professional bodies and colleagues, escalating complex cases when required.
- Arrange, facilitate and transcribe telephone conversations for complainants where reasonable adjustments are needed to access services.
