We're supporting a housing provider in recruiting a Later Living Assistant to join their Later Living Team on an initial 6‑week assignment, with potential for extension.
Working 35 hours per week on an agile basis in Manchester, you'll play a key role as part of the Later Living service.
Your new role
You'll provide high‑quality support, maintain excellent communication with customers and colleagues and help drive customer satisfaction across multiple schemes.
Day‑to‑day tasks include managing customer enquiries, supporting rent and tenancy escalations, assisting with regulatory requirements, updating customer platforms, processing invoices and contributing to the wider continuity of the service.
You'll also support voids, tenancy preparation, onboarding and occasionally provide cover for other teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong administrative skills and confidence working independently
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer enquiries professionally
- Experience resolving issues at first point of contact
- A positive, "can‑do" attitude with ownership of tasks and challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team
