Where will you be working? Aviation - Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage airside pass applications, renewals, and access requirements.
  • Maintain resource allocation sheets and workforce records.
  • Coordinate van and fleet administration, including bookings and compliance documentation.
  • Provide office management and general administrative support.
  • Monitor labour resources and support workforce planning activities.
  • Maintain accurate project and business records, ensuring compliance with company and airport procedures while supporting project and site teams.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience maintaining records, coordinating resources, and supporting operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
