Plume Academy is seeking a Pastoral Support Coordinator to join our friendly pastoral team.
This term-time, fixed-term role runs until 21 July 2027, with hours 8:00–16:00 Mon-Thu and 8:00–15:30 Fri, supporting behaviour, punctuality and student engagement across the academy.
The successful candidate will have GCSEs in Maths and English (C or Level 2) and a commitment to safeguarding, with desirable TA or Level 3 childcare qualifications and a focus on Year 7–13 pastoral development.
