The Maintenance Coordination Supervisor plays a pivotal role within our client's Damp, Roofing and Restoration divisions.

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the seamless management of client inquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling, project delivery and overseeing other Coordinators within the department.

  • Must reside within 1-hour travel from Fulham, London (SW6 4HH area).
  • More than five years of experience with scheduling / booking of maintenance and repair works / jobs for Tradesman - Engineers, Surveyors, Technicians, Subcontractors etc. in the property services or construction industry.
  • Property services / construction industry experience - You must understand how trades, contractors, and projects flow in practice.
  • At least three years of experience in either damp, property restoration or roofing environment is required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing job bookings and tracking systems (Podio experience preferred but not essential as full training provided).
  • Experience supervising a team (Roofing / Damp / Restoration Coordinators).
  • Excellent communication skills with both contractors and clients, balancing firmness with professionalism.

Coordinators: Guide the Damp, Roofing and Restoration Coordinators, ensuring they deliver consistently high standards of organisation, client communication, and project flow.

  • Subcontractor Oversight: Organise, brief, and manage Subcontractors, ensuring all works are carried out to EPS Green Standard.
  • Quality Control: Monitor job progress, verify documentation, and uphold compliance across all stages of our client's damp and restoration projects.
  • Operational Liaison: Work closely with Operations Managers across divisions to align schedules, resources, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Client and Contractor Communication: Maintain professional and confident communication with contractors and clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.

Process Ownership

  • Drive discipline in reporting systems (Podio / Trade-Linked), ensuring data accuracy, job tracking, and profitability.
  • Responsible for ensuring the seamless management of client inquiries, survey bookings, job scheduling, and project delivery in support of the Damp, Restoration and Roofing teams.
  • The role serves as the primary point of contact between clients, Surveyors, Tradespeople, Subcontractors, and internal coordinator teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Engineers, Surveyors, Tradespeople and Subcontractors, helping them navigate on-site challenges such as equipment needs, access restrictions or unforeseen issues.
  • Ensure Tradespeople adhere to schedules and complete jobs efficiently while uploading accurate documentation and photographic evidence.
  • Book and coordinate Damp, Restoration and Roofing surveys, ensuring timely delivery of reports to clients.
  • Managing job bookings and tracking systems.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients, ensuring expectations are managed and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Track profit margins, issue invoices, and follow up on payments in line with company terms.
  • Act as the key communication point for all parties involved in damp, restoration and roofing works, including clients, internal staff, Subcontractors, Trades, and suppliers.
  • Maintaining excellent communication and customer service with our client and customer base is essential.
  • A key responsibility will be to manage the Surveyors by understanding their capabilities and their industry expertise in order to effectively schedule them on the correct jobs.
  • Proofreading the reports created by the Surveyors and checking for punctuation, grammar, and estimated values on all works.
  • You will be required to handle any call backs to the business regarding recurring issues, and ensuring the correct Surveyor goes back to attend any callbacks to attend any failures or misdiagnosis.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures for financial accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensuring a smooth cross over between their divisions and internal communications.
