Your new company: Leading Specialists in Residential Block Management, managing a portfolio of developments across the country

  • Your new role
  • Update the in-house portal with letters and notices
  • Update and deal with leaseholder requests on the portal
  • Ensure contractor information, including insurance, is maintained and monitored and kept up to date
  • Raise works orders for distribution to contractors
  • Liaise with contractors regarding maintenance issues
  • Maintain and keep updated property folder information
  • Manage and monitor the property keys/access
  • Daily use of computer systems
  • Answering the telephone
  • Responding to leaseholder queries by letter, email and telephone in line with company procedures
  • Any other tasks as required
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good IT Skills
