Description
We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and experienced Personal Assistant to support our son through his Direct Payments package. The role will primarily involve providing support within the family home, helping him develop his independence, communication, and daily living skills. A key long-term goal is to build his confidence to gradually access the community, following an agreed plan and at a pace that is appropriate for him. The successful applicant will provide consistent, person-centred support and work closely with the family to follow strategies recommended by the professionals involved in his care.
