THE ROLE
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you’ll help create magical memories for families visiting Lapland UK this Christmas.
Working in our themed cafés and restaurants, you’ll provide a warm welcome, deliver outstanding customer service and help guests enjoy their visit from the moment they arrive.
You’ll
- Welcome guests into our cafés and restaurants with a warm and friendly approach
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest interactions
- Prepare and serve food and drinks while following food hygiene and safety procedures
- Develop knowledge of menu items and make suitable recommendations to guests
- Follow Lapland UK service standards and immerse yourself in the magical story
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and organisation
- Follow costume, appearance and operational guidelines
- Attend all required training sessions
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding guest experience
SKILLS NEEDED
- Enthusiastic and passionate about creating magical guest experiences
- Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with families
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional and committed to delivering excellent service
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Willing to learn and embrace the Lapland UK story
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous food, beverage or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
REQUIREMENTS
- Available for the full live event period from 5 November to 24 December 2026
- Available to commit to a minimum of three shifts per week
- Available to attend all required paid training between late October and early November 2026
- Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment
- Able to follow food hygiene, safety, costume and operational standards
- Willing to fully embrace the Lapland UK experience and story
