The Role
- FTC - 18 months
- To support the Estates and Facilities Team in ensuring College buildings, facilities and grounds are safe, compliant, efficient and well maintained.
- The postholder will gain practical experience in facilities management, statutory compliance, health and safety, contractor management and estate operations whilst working towards a recognised professional qualification.
- Reflect the vision, mission, aims and values of the College.
- Assist with the planning and administration of the College Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme.
- Support the monitoring and scheduling of statutory inspections and compliance activities.
- Maintain Estates and Facilities records, databases and asset registers.
- Assist with reactive maintenance requests and monitor progress through to completion.
- Support the administration of Estates and facilities management systems.
