We are looking for a Race Results & Operations Assistant to work closely with our Results & Operations Lead, supporting the systems, data and organisation behind Deadly Dozen races worldwide.
This is not a repetitive admin role where you are shown one process and repeat it forever.
The work changes constantly.
One day you might be checking athlete data and results files; the next, helping resolve a registration issue with an international director or working through a timing or leaderboard problem nobody has encountered before.
We need someone organised, proactive and genuinely good at figuring things out.
- What you’ll be doing
- Preparing, checking and cleaning athlete registration data
- Building and managing results files, leaderboards and split-time data
- Checking race results for missing information, errors and inconsistencies
- Supporting race setup, including entries, team information, wave times and event data
- Coordinating with timing companies, race directors, gyms and athletes
- Responding to queries clearly and professionally
- Helping improve the templates, systems and processes behind Deadly Dozen operations
- Taking ownership of new problems and working towards practical solutions
- What we’re looking for
