Permanent contract, 16 hours a week between the office hours of Monday - Friday 8am-6pm with the opportunity for additional hours.
We're looking for a proactive and organised Mailroom Assistant to join our dedicated Repairs team.
As the first point of contact for all incoming and outgoing repairs, you'll play a vital role in keeping everything moving behind the scenes.
From managing deliveries and tracking repairs to supporting colleagues across the business, your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help us deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.

- Main Responsibilities
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries for the Repairs Department.
- Monitoring of all systems and delivery status to ensure KPI’s are met.
- Distributing mail and correspondence to the correct department / individuals.
- Liaising with office departments, stores and manufacturers via phone and email
- Security checks- to include checking of waste disposal.
- Ad hoc Office admin including checking of invoices and signing off.
