Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
- Supporting the implementation of individualised care plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients in care homes or during home visits
- Administering medication as directed by healthcare professionals (training provided)
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and any changes in client condition
- Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
- Driving between different care locations as required (must have valid driving licence)
- Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all clients by adhering to health and safety protocols
