We are seeking a Site Manager to act as the lead contact on site for clients and internal stakeholders, overseeing the successful delivery of facilities management services across the site. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction and delivery in line with contractual and legal obligations.
We are looking for a customer-focused leader with facilities management experience, engineering knowledge, and a strong understanding of both hard and soft services. The successful candidate will drive performance, maintain compliance, manage financial responsibilities, and create a positive and collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the management of the site.
- Ensure all contract deliverables, KPIs, and SLAs are consistently achieved or exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and key stakeholders.
- Build strong client relationships and align service delivery with client priorities.
- Lead the delivery of facilities services including cleaning, technical, waste, catering, and other site services.
- Monitor SLA performance, reporting requirements, and performance reviews in collaboration with clients.
- Oversee site financial performance, cost management, and support P&L objectives through efficient resource planning.
- Lead, develop, mentor, and empower managers, supervisors, and frontline teams while promoting a safety-first culture.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Facilities management experience.
- Engineering knowledge.
- Experience managing hard services with exposure to soft services.
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- Managerial and people management experience.
- IOSH qualification required.
- Full UK driving licence (Car Band 3) required.
