Manpower are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to support a client based between Grimsby and Louth. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with the potential to secure a permanent role for the right candidate.

Location: Between Grimsby and Louth

Transport: Own or reliable transport is essential. No public transport links are available to the site.

Shift Pattern: 4 x 12-hour shifts per week, 6:00am - 6:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating and overseeing production lines
  • Separating plastics before materials are processed by Machine Operators
  • Carrying out general warehousing duties
  • Maintaining health & safety standards across the site
  • Troubleshooting issues on production lines
  • Supporting team members where required
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when needed

Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment

Skills: Ability to stand for long periods, keen interest in the recycling process, strong teamwork and communication skills.
