Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (7:00 AM starts). Average 44-50 hours/week.
Contract: Minimum 160 guaranteed hours per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Driving to multiple domestic and commercial locations to collect furniture, general waste, garden waste, and clear fly-tipping (including house, office, and bin store clearances).
- Using our mobile app to take photos and complete job documentation.
- Providing polite, friendly, and high-quality customer service.
- Taking pride in your work, ensuring both you and your vehicle remain clean and tidy.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: £12.72 per hour, paid monthly.
- Bonus Scheme: £100 monthly bonus for the top four operatives, plus an extra £50 for the operative who collects the most customer reviews.
- Security: A guaranteed minimum 160-hour monthly contract, pension contributions, and full training/support.
