Job Purpose
This dual role combines project administration with active project management. You will manage commercial fit-out projects from start to finish. You will also provide vital organisational support to the wider project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of small-scale fit-out projects
- Act as the main contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Create project schedules, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
- Source materials, raise purchase orders, and track project costs
- Coordinate site health and safety paperwork, RAMS, and permits
- Maintain accurate project files, drawings, and O&M manuals
Requirements & Skills
- Experience working within fit-out, construction, or trades sectors
- Strong multitasking skills to handle coordination and management tasks
- Excellent communication skills for dealing with site teams and clients
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Sharp attention to detail with budgets and project paperwork
