    • Leading cross-functional teams through design, build, validation, pilot and rollout phases.
    • Ensuring approved requirements are translated into high-quality, deployment-ready solutions.
    • Driving alignment across customer, operations, logistics, finance and technology stakeholders.
    • Resolving complex cross-workstream challenges and escalating critical decisions where required.

Assure Quality, Readiness and Adoption:

  • You’ll be accountable for maintaining delivery integrity throughout the programme lifecycle, ensuring every release is fully tested, integrated and ready for operational use.
  • You’ll:
    • Lead integrated testing across system, integration, end-to-end, regression and user acceptance testing.
    • Oversee critical defect resolution across business and technology teams.
    • Ensure robust traceability from requirements through to design, configuration, testing and acceptance.
    • Govern deployment readiness, cutover planning and phased rollout execution.
    • Protect customer service, operational continuity and business performance during implementation.

Lead, Influence and Inspire:

  • This role requires a highly credible leader capable of bringing together senior stakeholders, specialist workstream leads and strategic suppliers around a common goal.
  • You’ll:
    • Build and develop a high-performing programme team.
    • Drive accountability, collaboration and delivery excellence across multiple functions.

    • Represent Project Falcon with Tarmac leadership, CRH and strategic partners.
    • Act as a visible champion for one of the organisation’s most important transformation programmes.

  • Strong background in solution assurance, systems integration, data migration and deployment readiness.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, governance and executive reporting.
  • Experience leading systems integrators, software vendors and delivery partners to agreed outcomes and quality standards.

  • Enterprise integration, data conversion and testing expertise.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, Order & Dispatch or operationally critical environments.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce or large-scale enterprise platforms.
