You will monitor progress, set SMART targets, and coach on knowledge, skills and behaviours, collaborating with Trainer Assessors and Lecturers to help learners reach their potential.
The role requires a level 2 or 3 qualification, relevant vocational experience in Engineering or Construction, and a full UK licence with access to a vehicle for travel
