We are seeking a Workplace Services Navigator to support the day-to-day operation of meeting rooms, hospitality services, reception, concierge support, and workplace facilities. The successful candidate will help ensure all business areas are maintained to a high standard, delivering an excellent experience for visitors, colleagues, and end users.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who can work independently, maintain professional standards at all times, and effectively support workplace services, hospitality requirements, post room operations, and administrative duties while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Meeting Rooms Standard, ensuring all meeting rooms are clean, stocked, tested, and ready for business use.
- Prepare and deliver hospitality requests, including tea and coffee service, and ensure vendor services are delivered on time and to specification.
- Present, reinstate, and proactively maintain meeting rooms and designated workplace areas to a high standard of cleanliness.
- Log reactive tasks with the ISS Helpdesk and support the identification, reporting, and rectification of health and safety hazards.
- Respond to cleaning and workplace service requests to meet operational requirements.
- Liaise with end users and Facilities Management colleagues to maintain consistent standards and a professional workplace environment.
- Support staff with floor orientation, equipment induction, reservations, and workplace-related queries via telephone, email, or in person.
- Provide reception, concierge, security pass administration, post room management, and event-driven support as required.

- Proven experience within a strong customer service environment.
- Experience in a front-of-house or hospitality role within a corporate environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Professional appearance and approach at all times.
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Ability to make decisions without referral to a manager.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Demonstrable customer-focused and proactive "can do" attitude.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain databases and support connections to AV equipment, internet services, and printers.
