We are looking for a Water Leak Technician to carry out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework within all clients' stores across the London Borough Areas. The working hours are Sunday to Thursday nights from 7 pm to 4 am.

You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team of professionals who are supportive, dedicated, and constantly looking for ways to improve our processes to provide the best service possible. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out both reactive and proactive works safely and to a high standard.
  • Providing a first line response to water leaks logged and identifying the source of the water leak.
  • Repairing and replacing faulty pipework and/or components.
  • Clearing blockages and maintaining internal drainage systems, drop down pipework, and dairy pump trays where appropriate.
  • Effectively diagnosing and identifying faults and failures with equipment and systems and providing effective solutions.
  • Ensuring that jobs are completed within SLA timeframes and that all relevant KPIs are met.
  • Complying with all Arcus health & safety procedures and adhering to all clients' site requirements while working.
  • Planning routes and managing daily workload.
  • Keeping track of aged work orders and ensuring they are prioritised for completion.

Experience in water leak or drainage works would be an advantage, along with basic plumbing experience/knowledge. Basic electrical knowledge is desired but not essential. A Full UK Driving Licence is required.

Other factors include:

  • Ability to work nights and flexibility on Sunday shifts as required by business needs.
  • On Call Rota (1-4 or 1-8) dependent on busy periods.
