Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team supporting one of the world’s most important diplomatic missions? The U.S. Embassy London's General Services Office (GSO) is looking for a motivated, hands‑on Warehouse Worker to keep our operations running smoothly!

As our Warehouse Worker, you'll be at the heart of embassy logistics, handling everything from furniture to welcome kits, and playing a vital role in supporting embassy staff and their families. No two days are the same!

You'll:

  • Load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, trolleys, and other equipment
  • Prepare and deliver welcome kits to new arrivals - be the friendly face that helps colleagues settle in
  • Conduct inventories and routine safety inspections to keep our warehouse secure and efficient
  • Serve as an incidental operator of official vehicles
  • Support official visits and events with hands‑on logistics assistance
  • Escort visitors and contractors on post

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of manual labor or warehouse experience
  • Good working English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Solid know-how of warehouse operations, security standards, and inventory practices
  • Physical readiness to lift up to 51 lbs (23 kg) and work in all weather conditions
  • A valid full manual UK/EU/EEA driver's license (vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes)
