The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll oversee daily warehouse stock audits, ensuring goods moving through the distribution centre are accurate, compliant and ready for dispatch.
Alongside leading your team, you'll monitor performance, identify stock discrepancies and help drive continuous improvements across warehouse operations.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Leading daily stock audits across pallets, cages and trailer loads
- Checking outbound loads against delivery paperwork and customer requirements
- Verifying inbound deliveries and investigating stock discrepancies
- Monitoring audit data to identify trends and improve accuracy
- Coaching and supporting team members through regular feedback and one-to-one meetings
- Ensuring daily productivity and quality targets are achieved
- Maintaining accurate audit records and reporting
- Promoting high standards of Health & Safety and warehouse compliance
- Supporting continuous improvement across warehouse operations
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who leads by example and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Ideally you'll have experience in
- Warehouse Team Leadership
- Warehouse Supervision
- Stock Control
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Auditing
- Goods In / Goods Out
You'll also need
- Previous experience leading or supervising a warehouse team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numerical skills
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- The ability to motivate others whilst maintaining high standards
- A proactive, organised approach to work
- To be aged 18 or over
- Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7
