You will operate within our high-impact leadership model, partnering seamlessly with a Global Sales Lead/Client Partner and supported by Offshore Engineering Leaders. Your mission is to act as the primary face of delivery for C-suite executives, bridging the gap between high-level vision and flawless global execution.
Requirements
- Oversee the entire lifecycle from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with GlobalLogic’s Delivery Framework and the client’s governance processes.
- Engage in the full pre-sales cycle, preparing client proposals and defining Statements of Work (SOW) that are technically viable and commercially sound.
- Maintain high-level fluency in current technology shifts—specifically Cloud, Migration, Data, and AI—to ensure delivery remains relevant and provides a credible bridge between client business goals and engineering execution.
- Take ultimate responsibility for the financial health of your portfolio ensuring high-quality delivery that protects and grows margins.
- Establish a robust governance matrix that aligns with GlobalLogic’s Delivery Framework (GLDF) and the client’s internal processes, ensuring 100% referenceability.
- Proactively identify engagement risks—from technical debt to resource bottlenecks—and manage senior stakeholder expectations through clear, data-driven communication.
- Lead and mentor large, distributed teams across multiple geographies, defining the right operating models to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Act as the primary delivery point of escalation for C-suite stakeholders, managing expectations and identifying new opportunities for business improvement.
- Lead by example, fostering a supportive and learning culture for other Project and Programme Managers within the organization.
