Key Facts
- Employer: Prestigious Asian Weddings and Corporate Events Caterers
- Gross salary package: Circa £38,000 (incl. share of tronc/service charge + target led bonus)
- Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (tbc)

You will be responsible for the skillful preparation of a range of Indian dishes at scale, for prestigious Asian weddings and high end social as well as corporate events.
Qualifications
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Technical knowledge of ingredient quality and formulation
- Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role
- Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
