Duties of the Service Advisor:
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle service needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Efficiently manage service bookings and keep customers informed about repair progress and estimates
- Upsell additional services and parts to meet customer requirements and increase dealership revenue
- Maintain accurate service documentation and administrative records
- Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure all work is completed within scheduled times and to quality standards
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Requirements:
