My client is urgently looking to hire a Senior Product Designer with expertise in Figma to bridge the gap between Engineering and Design.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with expertise in design systems foundations and organisation.
  • Expertise in Figma, including the ability to build and maintain reusable UI components, understanding of code connectors, component-based design, and building and testing prototypes.
  • Ability to drive coherence, accessibility and scalability, ensuring designs are accessible and responsive.
  • Work closely with Product Designers and Engineers, bridging the gap between Engineering and Design whilst testing and validating component behaviour.
  • Capability to provide support documentation and governance.
  • Experience of gathering feedback and improving the design system over time.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently converse with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Working knowledge of Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe).
  • Flexible approach towards hybrid working.

Nice to have:

  • Demonstrable experience with AI tooling.
  • Experience with Zeroheight (or similar documentation tools).
  • Understanding of Front-End Development principles.
  • Proven experience in a large, complex organisation in a heavily regulated environment.
