Senior Assistant Property Lawyer needed in Exeter, £46.55ph PAYE - Reference: To join the Legal Services Property team on a locum basis through to December 2026. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly regarded in‑house legal team supporting a broad range of client priorities and delivering high‑quality legal advice to internal clients.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continued delivery of legal services, supporting projects, property transactions, governance matters and day‑to‑day client advice. The role provides immediate and flexible capacity to support existing workloads, helping to maintain momentum across key projects and transactions.

By strengthening the in‑house team, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of highways and planning agreements, support the wider capital programme and ensure timely legal advice is available where needed. This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
