You’ll be at the heart of our customer experience, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of one of our busiest and high-profile stores. Day to day you will:
- Deliver professional, exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience that keeps people coming back
- Promote and sell products, accessories and repair services, supporting customers with recommendations and service queries
- Introduce Network Airtime contracts, Sim Cards, E Sims, and promote Mobile Phone Insurance and Warranty policies to customers
- Share product knowledge to help customers make informed buying decisions, supporting with recommendations and service queries
- Generate sales leads and collaborate with the wider store team to hit shared targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and key performance indicators
- Ensure the store remains clean, organised and always welcoming
