As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring the highest standards are maintained across guest rooms and public areas. Acting as a key support to the housekeeping leadership team, you will assist with supervising daily operations while ensuring rooms are prepared to the exceptional standards our guests expect.
You will help guide the housekeeping team, support new colleagues and ensure the department operates smoothly, contributing to the comfort and quality of every guest stay.
- Clean and prepare allocated guest rooms to the highest standards
- Support the housekeeping leadership team in the daily running of the department
- Assist with checking rooms to ensure quality and presentation standards are maintained
- Support and guide room attendants during service to maintain efficiency and consistency
- Help brief team members at the start of each shift on daily priorities and expectations
- Monitor stock levels of linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies
- Report maintenance issues promptly through the correct channels
- Ensure all housekeeping areas remain organised, clean and fully stocked
- Support the training and development of new team members
- Respond promptly to guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hotel to maintain smooth operations
- Uphold all company, health and safety and housekeeping standards
- Act as an ambassador for Nobu, embodying our values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro
