Role Overview

, you will coordinate the delivery of PAS 2035 compliant retrofit projects across major social housing programmes.
You will work closely with clients, housing providers, Retrofit Assessors, Retrofit Designers, contractors and other stakeholders, overseeing projects through the retrofit process and ensuring technical, compliance and risk requirements are met.
Candidates can be based from an office in Bristol, London or Reading
. The position involves regular travel to projects, clients and sites, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.

To be considered for this role, you must have
- A Level 5 qualification in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
- Around five years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience working on large-scale social housing retrofit projects.
- Strong working knowledge and practical experience of PAS 2035.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate large-scale retrofit programmes within the social housing sector.
- Manage the retrofit coordination process in accordance with PAS 2035.
- Work with clients, housing providers, assessors, designers, contractors and other stakeholders.
- Assess and manage technical and project risks.
- Produce and review Improvement Option Evaluations and Medium-Term Improvement Plans.
- Review proposed energy efficiency measures and ensure appropriate solutions are specified.
- Support the development and review of PAS 2035 compliant retrofit designs.
- Coordinate project information, documentation and evidence to maintain compliance.
- Oversee Trust Mark lodgements and ensure information is completed accurately and on time.
- Support projects from initial assessment through to completion.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the retrofit team.
Requirements
- Level 5 Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management qualification.
- Approximately five years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong practical understanding of PAS 2035 and the retrofit process.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of retrofit risk management and compliance.
- Experience producing or reviewing Improvement Option Evaluations and Medium-Term Improvement Plans.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strongly Preferred
- Level 3 Energy Efficiency Measures for Older and Traditional Buildings qualification.
- Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
- Experience with Trust Mark lodgements and compliance requirements.
- Wider experience in social housing, building surveying, energy efficiency or retrofit design.
- Work on significant social housing retrofit and decarbonisation programmes.
