At PPHE Hotel Group, we're looking for two enthusiastic Recruitment Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team on a casual contract for 2 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the hiring of talent across our hotels.
- About the Opportunities
- You'll support recruitment across departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office and Security.
Your responsibilities will include
- Reviewing and screening CVs
- Shortlisting suitable candidates, assessing candidate suitability against role requirements
- Managing candidate communications
- Managing candidate applications
- Supporting recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
About you
- Availability needed Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
- A genuine interest in recruitment, HR or people-focused careers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- A proactive and positive attitude
