Are you an experienced Quality Engineer in the construction industry with knowledge of CDM Regulations (2015) and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems? At UK Power Networks Services, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards across major electrical infrastructure projects within the transport, defence, industrial, public and nuclear sectors.
The Role
Reporting to the Quality & Assurance Manager, you'll provide expert quality management advice, lead audits, support project teams with quality planning and compliance, review and improve procedures, investigate quality issues, monitor supplier performance and champion continuous improvement across the business. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers and clients to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality standards while maintaining certification requirements.
What You'll Bring
You'll have Quality Management Systems experience gained within a construction environment, experience auditing against ISO 9001:2015, practical knowledge of CDM 2015, strong root cause analysis skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. A relevant CQI membership (or higher) and a valid UK driving licence are essential.
