We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of AI and automation initiatives within a leading Financial Services organisation.

This is an opportunity to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and maximise the value of existing enterprise technologies through the delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders, you will take ownership of projects from initial discovery through to implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.

Hybrid Working (3 days per week in the office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects across the organisation.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives using AI and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with engineering leads and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate delivery across business and technology teams.
  • Ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes and operational efficiencies.
  • Support adoption, change management and business readiness activities.
  • Key Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering AI and automation programmes from inception through to implementation.
  • Strong understanding of AI development life cycles, governance and deployment methodologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational performance.
  • Demonstrable end-to-end project delivery experience within complex organisations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams, architects and technical leads.
  • Track record of delivering technology-led change with tangible business benefits.
  • Financial Services experience is essential.
