The North Central and East London Collaborative (NCEL PC) is formed of four mental health trusts; East London Foundation Trust (lead provider), North London Foundation Trust, Whittington Health NHS Trust and North East London Foundation Trust. This is an opportunity to work as a part of the team delivering our Provider Collaboratives vision for transforming how Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services Tier 4 services are commissioned and delivered across North Central and East London.
