Key Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Model exceptional EYFS and Montessori practice directly within the room.
- Mentor & Coach: Support and guide room staff to elevate their teaching and observations.
- Quality Control: Oversee curriculum planning, tracking, and learning environments.
- Compliance: Maintain strict safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory standards.
- Partnerships: Foster strong, trusted relationships with parents and families.
What You Need to Apply
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Room Leader, Third-in-Charge, Quality Lead, or Lead Practitioner.
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Compliance: Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available), a clean Enhanced DBS, and a Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to get one).
