Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (All Year Round)

Hours: 40 hours per week (Rotating shifts between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by Example: Model exceptional EYFS and Montessori practice directly within the room.
  • Mentor & Coach: Support and guide room staff to elevate their teaching and observations.
  • Quality Control: Oversee curriculum planning, tracking, and learning environments.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict safeguarding, health and safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Partnerships: Foster strong, trusted relationships with parents and families.

What You Need to Apply

  • Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or a Montessori Diploma.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Senior Room Leader, Third-in-Charge, Quality Lead, or Lead Practitioner.
  • Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • Compliance: Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available), a clean Enhanced DBS, and a Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to get one).
