We are seeking a personable, confident and professional individual to fill the role of Corporate Receptionist within a busy and vibrant corporate environment. As the first point of contact for all visitors and staff, you will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service, awareness, and a passion for delivering a welcoming and courteous reception experience.
We are looking for someone who can consistently maintain high front-of-house standards while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception operations. You will represent the organisation with professionalism, ensuring all interactions are handled calmly, efficiently and in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional meet and greet service for visitors and employees, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out processes and issue passes in line with SOPs.
- Communicate fire and safety procedures clearly to all visitors upon arrival.
- Maintain high front-of-house standards and ensure reception areas remain presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming calls and emails in line with contract SLAs and provide accurate information.
- Operate the switchboard in a warm, confident and professional manner.
- Manage meeting room bookings, set-ups and ensure rooms are clean and prepared to standard.
- Monitor reception for security risks, reporting suspicious activity and supporting evacuation procedures when required.

- A background in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
