Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – South East London – Up to £50,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, covering three well-established commercial sites across South East London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded FM company with a strong reputation for investing in its engineers.
You'll work across three modern commercial buildings, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems.
You'll be supported by experienced on-site engineering teams at each location, ensuring a smooth working environment and excellent support when required.

- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
- Perform routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance calls across the three commercial sites.
- Complete maintenance reports and job sheets accurately using the company's systems.
- Liaise with clients and on-site engineering teams to ensure high service levels are maintained.
- Identify plant improvements and provide recommendations where appropriate.
Package
- Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Requirements
- Valid F-Gas Certification.
- Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration.
- Proven experience within the HVAC / Building Services or Facilities Management sector.
- Strong working knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, split systems, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing your own workload effectively.
