As a Mini Bar Attendant, you will play an important role in enhancing the in-room experience for our guests. By ensuring all mini bars are accurately stocked, beautifully presented and maintained to the highest standards, you will contribute to the comfort, convenience and enjoyment of every stay. Your attention to detail and guest-focused approach will reflect Nobu’s crafted hospitality at every touchpoint.
You will:
- Replenish mini bar items across the hotel in line with daily refill and consumption reports
- Complete accurate consumption lists following mini bar checks
- Monitor guest check outs to ensure timely and correct refilling of mini bars
- Manage stock rotation, recording any expired items or wastage
- Maintain accurate stock levels and report any discrepancies or ordering needs
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with guests at all times
- Feel empowered to make decisions that enhance the guest experience and resolve concerns, escalating where required
- Support other hotel areas when needed, including assisting with food service
- Strive for excellent guest reviews through consistency and attention to detail
- Support, train and welcome new team members
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
- Attend briefings and team meetings, sharing insights and ideas
- Uphold all company, health and safety, and statutory standards
- Demonstrate a positive, proactive and flexible approach to work
