We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role in a nurturing and well-resourced learning environment, where you can make a meaningful impact on children's early development.
Key Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent β Essential
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

We welcome enthusiastic and committed practitioners who are eager to make a difference in children's lives every day. This will initially be a 1 year, fixed term contract which if successful, will be reviewed with a view to becoming permanent. Interviews will take place on Friday 11th September 2026.
We take the safeguarding of our pupils very seriously and there is a strong safeguarding culture in our school. Staff have regular safeguarding training and the safeguarding team meets fortnightly to review all safeguarding, welfare and behavioural concerns.
