The Team Leader will supervise a team of up to 6 Employment Specialists in Hounslow Borough, delivering IPS as part of a holistic recovery plan for mental health service users.
Working with service users, GPs, Social Prescribers, DWP, employers and partner agencies, the role focuses on high fidelity IPS delivery, staff development, and expanding IPS across Primary Care. Some caseload may be managed to support unemployed clients back into work.
