We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Host / Receptionist to join the Workplace Experience Team. In this role, you will create a welcoming and supportive environment for visitors, guests, and colleagues, ensuring an exceptional workplace experience from arrival through to departure.

We are looking for someone with a natural hosting style who thrives in a customer-facing environment. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding service, supporting workplace operations, and helping to create a positive and engaging experience for everyone using the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and guests in person and over the phone, directing enquiries appropriately.
  • Act as the main point of contact for colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders within the lobby and workplace areas.
  • Manage and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are fully stocked, organised, and ready for use.
  • Support housekeeping requests and help maintain a high standard of workplace presentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through workplace initiatives, events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact.
  • Support the Touchpoint Journey and other user‑centric workplace experience concepts.
  • Assist with Visitor Management and Meeting Room Management systems and processes.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

  • Previous corporate, hospitality, or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong customer service focus with a professional and approachable manner.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
