Our Client, a family run MOT and Repair Centre are currently seeking a Garage Manager / MOT Tester at their site in Hillingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a busy site and rapidly growing business. This successful company prides itself on honest work, sales and focusing on customer retention. This business positions itself away from the “fast fit” centres and their hard sell as it values its loyal customer base. Our Client is looking for the right person to take pride in their position, help drive the workshop.
Duties of a Garage Manager / MOT Tester with our Client:
- Running the branch including Site Maintenance and its upkeep
- MOT Testing in the afternoons
- Booking in Services and Repairs
- Pricing Up, Invoicing, Cashing Up and Banking
- Ordering and Sourcing Parts
- Monthly Reports
What our Client expects of the successful Garage Manager / MOT Tester:
- MOT Licence
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Similar Role
- Demonstrating Management Skills
- Proven record of excellent customer service skills
- Time Management
- A working history within the Automotive Sector
