The Best Connection Employment Group are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Counterbalance to join our prestigious client at their busy distribution and production hub. We are ideally looking for a driver with Clamp attachment experience; however, candidates with a strong Counterbalance background who are willing to learn will also be considered! This is a fantastic, long-term opportunity to work with a globally recognised beverage giant, moving premium brands such as Peroni, Asahi Super Dry, and Meantime.
Pay Rates and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating an FLT with a Clamp attachment to safely move, stack, and load delicate pallet less stock.
- Operating a standard Counterbalance truck for routine loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
- Moving stock to and from production lines and high-bay racking.
- Utilising hand-held scanners for stock location and inventory tracking.
- Adhering strictly to site Health & Safety, PPE, and manual handling guidelines.
Requirements of the Forklift Counterbalance Candidate:
- Must hold a valid, accredited FLT Counterbalance License (RTITB, ITSSAR, or equivalent).
- Highly Desirable: Previous experience operating an FLT with a Clamp attachment.
- If you only have a Counterbalance license but have strong warehouse experience, please still apply as site-specific familiarisation can be provided.
- Recent, verifiable experience operating a forklift in a warehousing or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict dispatch deadlines.
- Must be comfortable with some manual handling/warehouse duties when not operating the truck.
