Whether you’re in one of our bustling standalone factories or a show-stopping theatre store, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping produce the doughnuts everyone loves. In our standalone factories, you’ll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It’s fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success.
Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut-making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it’s showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time — and your part of the performance.

What will I do as a Food Processing Operative:
You’ll be responsible for mixing our secret ingredients, filling, decorating, and boxing all our yummy doughnuts by hand daily. You’ll work in a fast-paced and versatile manufacturing environment, with tight deadlines especially during peak times throughout the week and year. Expectations of quality and food safety standards are high; therefore, consistency and ability to follow food processing specifications is key.
What we’re looking for in a Food Processing Operative:
- Flexibility to work an 8 hour / day, in line with site specific manufacturing shift requirements
- Excellent availability to work between Monday to Sunday
- Quality focused, team players, who are looking to master their craft, while not taking themselves too seriously
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
