We are seeking an experienced Estate Management Surveyor to join our team on an interim basis.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in estate management, with proven expertise in property maintenance, lease administration, and tenant relations.
As an interim surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation and strategic oversight of our estate assets, supporting both operational and strategic objectives.
This position demands excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders including landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal departments.
You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing lease agreements, managing rent reviews, and delivering cost-effective solutions for property improvements and maintenance.

Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties ensuring efficient operation and maintenance.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate lease agreements and renewals in line with company policies and market conditions.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance activities.
- Manage rent reviews and service charge reconciliations to maximize revenue and control costs.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams to foster productive relationships and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant property legislation and health and safety regulations.
- Provide detailed reports and updates on estate performance, maintenance works, and lease matters to senior management.
