About Nuffield Health

Nuffield Health is the charity that’s building a healthier nation, one day at a time. From award-winning hospitals and leisure facilities to flagship community programmes - we’ll do whatever it takes to look after the UK’s wellbeing. It starts with passion and commitment to quality.

As our Digital Analyst, you’ll own Adobe Analytics data across Nuffield Health’s digital channels, turning web and app performance into clear, actionable insight for our trading and product teams. Working with Adobe Target and Tableau, you’ll help colleagues understand not just what’s happening across our digital estate, but why, and what we should do about it, from weekly trading reports through to the experiments that shape our roadmap. It’s a chance to bring rigorous digital analytics to an organisation whose commercial performance directly funds better health outcomes across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Nuffield Health’s Adobe Analytics implementation, acting as the go-to expert for the accuracy and quality of our digital data.
  • Build and maintain segments, dimensions, calculated metrics and other Adobe Analytics configuration to continuously improve our reporting capability.
  • Produce weekly and monthly digital performance reporting for trading stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable insights rather than raw numbers.
  • Use Tableau data, including product and customer detail not available in Adobe Analytics, to build a fuller picture of performance, our product and customer needs.
  • Analyse the work delivered by the team and report on its impact, quantifying outcomes against objectives.
  • Forecast and prioritise upcoming analytics and reporting work in line with the digital roadmap.
  • Report on A/B tests using Adobe Target, making sure results are statistically sound before recommendations are made.
  • Partner with trading, product, marketing and technology colleagues to embed evidence-based decision-making across the business.
  • Identify opportunities and share findings and recommendations that drive improvements to traffic, conversion, bookings, joiners, customer experience, etc by clearly articulating specific benefits for each opportunity/recommendation.

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years’ experience using Adobe Analytics in a similar digital reporting or insight role.
  • Hands‑on experience with Adobe Target, including designing and analysing A/B tests.
  • A proven track record of driving improvements to key KPI’s from opportunities you identified, and how you tracked and showed the benefit.
  • A track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence decisions through data.
  • Comfortable building and maintaining segments, dimensions and reporting structures within Adobe Analytics.

Good to Have

  • Working knowledge of Tableau or a similar BI/visualisation tool.
  • Understanding of the statistical principles behind experimentation, such as sample size, significance and confidence intervals.
  • Experience in a retail, membership or subscription‑based commercial environment.
  • Experience in medical sector.

Helping you feel good. We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued. That’s why we’ve developed a benefits package with you in mind. Here, you can choose from a range of fitness, lifestyle, health and fitness wellbeing rewards, such as free gym membership, health assessments, retail discounts and pension options.
