Duties as a Data and Exams Manager:

  • Managing all internal and external examinations
  • Coordinating exam entries, timetables, access arrangements, and results processing
  • Maintaining and developing the school's data management systems
  • Producing accurate student performance and attainment reports
  • Managing census returns and statutory data submissions
  • Supporting senior leaders with analysis of assessment and progress data
  • Ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations and examination procedures
  • Working closely with teaching staff, leadership teams, and external agencies

Ideal Data and Exams Manager:

  • Fully experienced in carrying out the responsibilities of a Data & Exams Manager
  • Previous experience working within a secondary school
  • Strong working knowledge of SIMS
  • Experience managing examinations and student data systems
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and to strict deadlines
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fully vetted with all safeguarding and compliance checks completed
  • Available to work full-time from 2 September

Your salary - dependent on experience - is paid weekly through PAYE – that means no self-employed or umbrella companies.
