40 hours per week: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00, one hour lunch.

We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader for our Osprey Customer Team in Chingford.

About the Role

Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the Hub contact centre operations delivers the required performance, whilst continuing our commitment to delivering a great customer contact experience through a variety of customer contact channels, i.e. phone, email, video, social etc. Working with the Partnership Director and Management Team, you’ll identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies, prepare reports through collecting, analysing and summarising data and trends, whilst managing the day-to-day line activities. You’ll motivate, coach and support the team, carrying out regular 1-2-1 team meetings, ensuring that training and development plans are maintained for each member.

About You

Candidates will have excellent supervisory skills, with previous experience leading and developing a team, ideally within a social housing repairs environment. With the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships, you’ll communicate effectively, both verbally, written and with presentation skills to a range of people and groups. Above all, with exceptional customer service skills and strong administration skills, candidates will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
